Kathleen, there are two ways to add videos. In your post editor, click on the movie icon if you have a video saved to your computer. If not, then copy the embed code that comes with the video you want to post - in the video page you posted, it's in the bottom right of the main frame. Then, in your post editor, click on html, paste the embed code and you are good to go.
